Can’t think of too many since profits come before employees. You are just a number at CACI.
Cons
CACI acquired Lucent Government Solutions (LGS), a national treasure, a few years back and they have sucked all the innovation out of the company with all their inefficient policies and practices. CACI is a Body Shop that has no clue how to run a high technology company. I encourage young engineers to steer clear of the place because you will not learn anything or develop professionally. All our brilliant engineers have left for Google, Apple, Tesla, and Microsoft to name a few.
