An uncaring greedy company that fights to not pay employees more. They strive to give bonuses only for the highest-paid employees. They fight to do anything they can to make as much money as they can for shareholders while pretending their little benefit to employees to buy the stock at a discount will help them. This is a typical "you are just another number" Fortune 500 company. They will hold your feet to the fire for any little bonus they do give you. The pay on average was 20k-50k less than competitors at every location I worked.
