      Cons

      Requested employees to volunteer for overtime and when they didn't meet their numbers they mandated it. Also overtime was not rated at time and a half pay.

      There are various contracts held by the company.

      Cons

      Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
