      There are no pros at CACI

      Cons

      HR is abrasive, aggressive, and don't do their jobs. Management are manipulative liars and will protect their token hires at all costs. Token hires commit fraud and do no work. Benefits and raises are a joke. Integrity is non-existent.

      There are various contracts held by the company.

      Cons

      Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
