Decent benefits, education reimbursement, training reimbursement, stable company.
Cons
Pay is below average, and 401k match is below average. The company also doesn't seem to value employees very much. If you aren't working for their corporate office then you will likely feel like a hired mercenary for them instead of an actual team member. Its not a bad company to work for just a company that needs warm bodies for its contracts and doesn't really show much interest outside of that.
