      One of the large firms in the DC area.

      Cons

      Regular "bait and switch tactics." When bringing employees on board CACI HR rep very positive about potential for advancement and moving about within the company. Actually very few internal opportunities and laying off large numbers right now. Supervisors are also a nightmare. Be careful on review projects as project managers can be disorganized and lazy, preferring to be vague and work from home instead of properly supervising a team.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
