Uses contractors as team leads who couldn't lead their way out of a paper bag. CACI says they engineer solutions but do not follow simple protocol much less any engineering standards. The benefits are sub-standard for a company of this stature. No coffee in the office. Made it through first performance evaluation. The people who did real well received a 1% increase. It's easier to leave and get a real pay increase from a company that is more concerned about your welfare.
