The mantra seems to be you join CACI for the benefits and not pay, my experience is that I'm still waiting for the benefits. There is a 30 to 40 % difference in pay between myself and the other junior members of my team, with me being in the middle of the experience range. I was promoted within and they were new hires, both make in the neighborhood of 20k more a year than I do. Ego aside I'm the running joke about "Find away to do it cheaper."
