Pros
Work from home if it was your thing, salary and vacation hours were amazing only because they matched my years at usis. Can't speak for benefits because I didn't use them.
Cons
Let go due to "low work". They let over 60 of us go due to this reason. Except they kept ones with less experience and let go of ones with high quality and production bases on our number of years on the contract. We were costing them too much money and became expendable.
