Pros

My boss and my team are exceptional. Might not be the case everywhere but I’m blessed and grateful. Normal defense contractor so you’ll get to work on relevant things and they have money to pay you.

Cons

If I had to name one, they’re strict about filling out timesheets and weekly/monthly reports to admins. Not the worst thing to have though.

Pros

This location is great. The people are thoughtful and considerate and they respect your off time. The work is interesting and can be challenging, but in a manageable way. Teammates are always respectful and willing to help out.

Cons

A clearance is required which can take a long time to find out if you passed or not. The IT at the larger organization can be slow as well as aspects of HR.
