Most of the people that you find yourself working with will be great analysts working on problemsets that can truly make a difference.
Cons
Unfortunately the leadership is full of inept cronies that promote people based on whether they are in the "good ole boys club" or not. Guidance will be given with little to no support or reference material, and then any feedback will be immediately ignored. They'll pretend like they're listening but it won't actually go anywhere. You'll feel like you're screaming into the black pit of despair that has become your heart.
