      Communicative and supportive houston leadership You do important and interesting work for NASA Good overall culture

      Cons

      Fake FTO plan. They have you estimate how much FTO you will take, then tell you it's too much if it's above a certain threshold. Basically it's PTO but they try to make you feel bad for taking it by not giving you a set number. This is a policy from CACI main office, not Houston branch specifically.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
