      * The push to grow skills and grow/own your career path is refreshing and welcome. * Proven processes and managed expectations. * Access to many corporate tools to succeed and thrive. * Highly competitive pay structure. * Promoting constant valuable communication both up and down the chain.

      Cons

      * Corporate size is sometimes slow to activate access to tools. * "Personal Touch" is not presented in same way as smaller businesses, but still present in the effort to grow your value and give opportunities to thrive.

      Sterling VA is not a great area for young people.

      Pros

      If you only need to work a few month a year, this is a perfect position for people semi-retired.

      Cons

      1. Low pay comparing to similar position. No benefits, no holidays, no vacation. Again, a part time job, just higher hourly rate than your grocery cashiers. 2. 100% travel, once stop travelling, check stop coming in. 3. Dead end, zero upwards potential.
