Pros
- Good mission - Mostly good, hard-working people - Some good benefits - Flexible hours
Cons
- New time off policy. It was marketed as "unlimited", but in actuality, its less time off then PTO. Especially if your a senior member. - No real mentoring. You can easily get stuck in a vacuum if put on a team where you're the only one who does your job, which is common. - CACI's UX maturity is between limited and emergent. - If your project ends, good luck! You're pretty much in charge of finding more work.
