Pros
Not unlike most companies, some managers are great, others, not so much. That said, colleagues are unmatched, such good people. Good benefits available, tuition assistance and virtual university available. As a whole CACI does good work and has goof cultural intentions.
Cons
Very bottom-line focused, some programs have a tendency to lead with profit over employee satisfaction. Again, it all depends on the individual manager, I worked with great managers, and a few not so great.
