      Great pay, flex time off (unlimited vacation and sick subject to manager approval), 401K with 50% matching 8% of pay, free life insurance equal to one year salary, free short and long term disability insurance, good health, dental and eye insurance, military time off and pay differential for Reserve duty, educational opportunities, referall bonuses between 5-15K for bringing new hires.

      Cons

      Military frequently closes facility for 4 day weeks on holidays and we are forced to use flex time off because facility is closed. Also forced to use FTO for snow days in winter.

      There are various contracts held by the company.

      Cons

      Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
