      Pros

      Everyone makes it easy to ask them questions and find someone to help you out if you’re struggling. Work can be done at your own pace most of the time, as long as you’re making progress. Core hours between 9:30am and 3:30pm, so you have some wiggle room when you can arrive and leave work.

      Cons

      Testers can be a huge pain. They have a superiority complex but don’t understand a single thing about programming.

      There are various contracts held by the company.

      Cons

      Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
