Pros

I loved the work that I was doing and working with all the internal and external customers.

Cons

This company give very low annual "merit" increase each year based on performance however most manager give their staff the standard 3% (highest amount that your can earn) across the board regardless of work produced. Management also makes it extremely difficult to move into other positions throughout the company despite the company stating that they support employees moving within the company.

Pros

There are various contracts held by the company.

Cons

Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
