      Management treats you like a mushroom Very few open internal positions Will gladly sacrifice you to appease manager or customer Should you lose coverage, start looking externally because viable internal spots are either non-existent or wired for external candidates. Positions are often posted with inaccurate salaries

      Pros

      If you only need to work a few month a year, this is a perfect position for people semi-retired.

      Cons

      1. Low pay comparing to similar position. No benefits, no holidays, no vacation. Again, a part time job, just higher hourly rate than your grocery cashiers. 2. 100% travel, once stop travelling, check stop coming in. 3. Dead end, zero upwards potential.
