- Drama - No job security - Large egos in a small company - No incentives or decent benefits - Management makes decisions based on emotion, not logic or information - Management constantly fights amongst themselves and does not properly flow down important information - They show no trust in their employees causing constant micro-managing - No room for growth - Ignores or negates continuous problems with employees - Poor quality control

Flexible work schedule was nice.

Manager is disorganized and have no clear direction on how to get the company to the next level. Lots of unnecessary drama working here for such a small company. Provide better pay and benefits so you can attract top talent to apply.
