Terrible management - Field Canvasser CADC Employee Review

Great management, decent pay, making a differnce

Long hours, aggressive goals, outside work

-paid weekly -great coworkers and some of the canvassers were fun to work with

- The pay was low for majority of the campaign - Sent us out to busy places or low income neighborhoods to “recruit” people to become canvassers. It felt like I was harassing people to meet quotas. Never mind the fact i was catcalled and put into uncomfortable situations because we were always sent out alone.
