Pros
fast pace and keeps you thinking and engaged. There is room for growth within the company and you do learn a lot from your role.
Cons
there is a long dead period where we can't have anyone working for the company. There is very minimal over-time and it only applies to the photographers for the most part. There is a lot of breaks in the communication within the company. They have crazy mass hiring for a couple months to which we aren't allowed to have them work till we are in season and by then they need to be fully equip to work to the standards we are looking for but don't allocate enough time or resources for the managers to be able to assist. A lot of new projects and work gets thrown down on the teams with little notice. They expect an exorbitant amount from the photographers but do not compensate accordingly. They have managers making the same as lead photographers most of the season if they are mainly doing elite experiences.
