      Pros

      benefits pay 401k dental Cares about your mental-health / work-life balance Cares about your well being. Always gave great advice on and off board superiors never yelled or gotten angry at team mistakes always found a way to resolve issue instead of reprimanding . zero micro-managing.

      Cons

      lack of OT hard to cash in PTO due to lack of other teamates alot of tickets per tech to end user SLAS became harder to maintain

      - Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
