Pros

Solid colleagues depending on which team you work for. Opportunities for upwards mobility if you advocate for yourself.

Cons

There have been multiple reorgs in the past few years, and leadership lacks transparency during this process leading to anxiety surrounding job security. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant at CAI, and HR feeds into that culture rather than instilling proper mechanisms for equitable pay, promotion, and development opportunities across the business.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are intentionally focused on fostering an inclusive culture and appreciate hearing that you have strong connections with your colleagues while finding those upward mobility opportunities. We know that organizational transformation can cause anxiety and uncertainty. As new business strategies take shape, we value our associates' dedication and patience during those adjustment periods. We also take the concerns about favoritism and HR practices very seriously. Please know your review has been taken to upper management. Pros

- Opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects. - Flexible work environment that supports work/life balance. - Many talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the organization.

Cons

- Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
