Pros

Flexible hours Ability to partially work from home saving $20 per day in transit cost Benefits

Cons

Salary Extremely top heavy management leaving less and less staff to do their grunt work Have to pay to park to go to work Disabilities are ignored Very political and liberal and has become a hostile work environment for non-liberals Staff are expected to work outside of their job description without compensation because of the “other duties as assigned” clause

Pros

At the ASI Children's center I learned the fundamentals of how to care and relate to children, got excellent training with head teachers (some were nicer than others), and moved my way up to other positions in the company.

Cons

Just like you do with friends, some of the head teachers you have chemistry with and others you don't. The ones you don't make the job feel more difficult. Pay was okay for me then with lower costs and inflation but now I am guessing it won't be enough for the current economic times.
