Pros
I loved getting set up here because the person who hired me (the chair) was really nice and supportive and he spent time getting me all his materials he found helpful for teaching the class. It was the perfect balance of assistance and freedom to do what I would wish in the class. The secretary was infinitely kind and helpful as well. One of the best universities to work at.
Cons
The class sizes are really large, say 40-50 students. So if you have three classes that size, it gets really difficult to establish a significant connection with every student.
