Pros

The staff are good people to work with. Most faculty are good to work with. The students are great. Can attend state supported classes for the cost of taxes.

Cons

Low pay. Insurance is not that great. The staff union needs to be a stronger voice for staff. No automatic pay increases for staff, you must go through a request process, which is highly likely to be denied. Most higher ed institutions have step increases automatically over time and also give increases for furthering your education, not at CSU.

- Amazing director and very friendly staff. - Great way to get involved on campus and increase confidence, as well as introducing new students. - Flexible work schedules. - Opportunity to network with other staff members.

Cons

- Must be on time, cannot be late for more than 5 minutes. - Hot weather during the Summer.
