Great people. Flexible hours. Fun work environment. Long history. Lot of wisdom in these walls.
Cons
Highly locked into niche markets and contracts. Investment in people and infrastructure is minimal at best. Skeleton crew IT dept with hardly any company-wide tools and technical resources. Extremely conservative financially.
