Pros
Paid a competitive salary. As an ESOP company I was able to maximize my retirement savings. Mid-Level managers fight hard for their workers.
Cons
Leadership -- just attended a retirement party for a mid-level manager from CALIBRE and although "C-Suite" leadership was invited, they never seem to have the time to attend. Unfortunately this appears to have become the norm. When I started with the company our motto was "The only thing better than our products are our people." Leadership seems to have forgotten they assumed their roles in part thanks to a quality workforce. Sad.
