Pros
Company advertises as a people first environment and they follow through on that promise 100%. I've been a part of quite a few different organizations and none come close to IMC in regards to the winning culture they have created.
Cons
A lot is expected from each employee so you have to bring your A game at all times. You work with the best of the best so you can't slack off or else you will be a glaring week link. Not sure if I would actually consider this a con. You just need to understand the expectations leadership has on their employees.
