      I worked in a small team and everyone was really nice and supportive. There were many opportunities to learn but you have to ask for it.

      Cons

      The internship program only lasts 10 weeks which is pretty short for an Intern to get their hand in the job

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
