Pros

The people, almost family like. The pay for managers, not for associates. Very good discount

Cons

Everything else, I came in as an opps Manager and they refused to teach me anything new until I was going to leave. Really no way to move up, but always up for demoting. Scheduled to work ridiculous hours (not even 8 in between) on way more than one occasion.

Pros

Employee discount is nice, if you find something that you can wash that won't shrink.

Cons

The store has been short staffed with management ever since I've worked there. It's clear that the management is stressed out and stress is coming from the higher-ups and filtering down to the sales associates
