      Well-known brand. Nice offices. Good benefits. Gym, restaurant, café, coffee bar etc. on site.

      Cons

      Talk of flexible working but not actually honored. Pretending to focus on mental health but don’t take it seriously when you actually need sick leave. Politics. So much politics. A lot of long term managers enforcing old old old approaches.

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
