      Nice team members. Stable. No chance of ever getting fired which is nice.

      Cons

      Upper management has regressed in the most recent iteration (2021 forward) They have an antiquated idea about work ethics and how design should be treated. Favoritism and priority for white straight people. No career advancement in design.
