Cons
Awful building & location. Executives are always battling each other and talking behind each others backs. Teams hide information from other teams intentionally. No collaborative mindsets. Everyone gate-keeps. Mass firings with no explanations every few months. Very anti-team work environment. The finger-pointing is insane. No accountability from management. Horrible communication from HR all the way to coworkers. CHEAP!! Everyone who works there is stressed out and only using it as a resume builder. Everyone is slow to emails/doesn't answer emails bc they don't like paper trails or having documented proof of what they've said. The company operates on "he say she say" with no concrete plans in place or proper documentation/structure. You will start with a positive mindset and slowly go insane.
