Pros

It's a job , you work and can go home

Cons

Unorganized, they have people leading and do not know how to lead , communicate or actually do any physical work. They will work you like a dog and go home and still expect so much more out of you . Over worked and underpaid . Mainly due to the client wanting to stick to what they have been paying in 2015 . Site manager does not know how to lead properly

Great co-workers (everybody on this town is awesome), good salaries based on the location, they are contractors for a really huge company (Eastman)
