      Telecom is a very different industry and there is a lot to learn.

      Cons

      The clients are always right even when they are not. Pay is lower than other firms. Office politics.

      Pros

      Wonderful company that really gives people a place to grow and sharpen their skills. It is a very community based office where you are always hearing people collaborate. They also know how to have a fun time!

      Cons

      None at the moment. All seems to be small basic office struggles, but other then that, really nothing to loose sleep about!
