      Canopy One is a dynamic organization who helped me a lot in my Career. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. The fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area. They have numerous clients in Federal and Commercial Space with endless opportunities to explore and advance your career. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. I would Highly recommend Canopy One if you are looking for Long Term and challenging Career.

      Pros

      I have joined Canopy One Solutions in 2014. I have started as a mid-level software engineer and gradually grew by being to exposed to different technologies on new projects. In the past 5 years, I found the staff to be professional and supportive when it really mattered. Overall, they are doing a good job for a consulting company of their size.

      Cons

      This company has grown so much in the past few years, so it cannot be as flexible as it used to. Therefore, upper management cannot interact with the consultants directly and there is a lack of communication between them. On the other hand, as the company grows, it can provide more opportunities for its consultants. So, it can also be considered a benefit from another aspect.
