Pros

Flexible with schedules for most HD positions.

Cons

Little to no room for growth. Management promotes their favorites if and when there is a chance to move up. Management looks out for their own, not for their subordinates. Insurance plans are expensive. Salary increases are sparse except once a year COLA.

Poor leadership structure, poor communication, and extremely stressful on workload with little support.
