Pros

Great experience if you are looking to work with this demographic.

Cons

Everyone is fake. They do not listen to employees about safety concerns. They also say they can be flexible with schedules and are not. Will fire employees for stupid reasons. Understaffed so you will be working more than expected. Management adds to the stress of the job. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
