Overworked and little support from supervisors - Anyonymous Employee CAP Services Employee Review

They take care of there clients, makes my job less stressful.

Co-workers were great, they loved to create a friendly environment, support one another, and have gatherings. Schedule was great for a good work/life balance. Sadly all of these things don't matter when the boss creats a hostile work environment between you and her.

Vp was horrible to work under. Always talking behind other backs creating rifts on the workplace. We even attempted group counseling once, but it was unsuccessful and she never set up another one. Programs for the computer lending work were terrible. HR did nothing to help solve problems. Instead they fired me for the inability to come to a resolution.
