Pros
Firm promoted charitable work and met industry standards for PTO. North Hills location was nice. Management worked on culture, but perpetuated a us/them system.
Cons
Firm had many managers with no experience outside CAPTRUST, rewarded people for not getting fired instead of those making a difference. There are a lot of close door meetings and secrets.
