Pros

There are some standout employees who genuinely care and perform at a high level, though many are actively exploring other opportunities or beginning to transition out. Compensation and remote work flexibility are solid, which is a primary reason some remain.

Cons

The concerns raised in the October 2024 post intended to warn the Board were accurate. Leadership has shown little innovation, and the culture that has emerged is chaotic and increasingly toxic. So-called “layoffs” are frequently experienced as personal, targeted actions, creating a climate of fear that discourages employees from speaking up. Retaliation, real or perceived, has become a meaningful concern. As a result, employees are voting with their feet: attrition is rising, and many who remain are actively seeking roles elsewhere. Any experienced Board understands what that signal represents.

Pros

Good benefits. Some hard working people who genuinely care

Cons

CAQH prioritizes off shore help over people located in the United States. Layoffs are frequent to bring in more off shore contractors. 2025 was a waste of money for the organization because the hired off shore contractors failed to push out the new application. ELT was not held accountable. Current push for AI is also going to cost more people jobs. CAQH cares more about hiring management and cheap overseas labor vs actual results.
