Pros
I got in with this company at a really great time, a little over a year ago and have not looked back since I started with them. I was a customer advocate for about a year and was always working on other side-projects of how we could improve things within our day-to-day processes and how we train our advocates. This company really values their employees in the since that, if you have an idea, they want to hear it. We're still in early stages of the company, so new ways to make their processes better are always encouraged, even if you're on the bottom of the totem pole (though the traditional hierarchy of a business doesn't really apply to this company, which is awesome). They listened to my ideas (even if they sucked) and have let me try some. One of my favorite things about Carvana is that they want your voice to be heard. Even if you're young and may feel unqualified, they'll listen. This company is growing like crazy and there are so many positions that haven't been created that they will eventually need. So, work hard, work well with your coworkers, let your ideas be heard, and you will be successful and valued at this company. There is so much opportunity here if you are willing to work for it and have ideas on how things can be done better!
Cons
Like another review said, if you're looking somewhere you can slack off and hide behind your computer screen, then you probably won't succeed here. They expect a lot from you. And will greatly reward you in return if you're up for the challenge.
