Pros
Carvana is one of the best places to work in town. Being a recent graduate, I often hear my friends complaining about there jobs and how much they dread going to work every day. That is not the case here at Carvana. There is a very employee friendly atmosphere here where everyone knows everybody. If you have a suggestion on how to make the car buying process better of more efficient, management will listen to your ides and implement them if they are do-able. Some of the many bonuses of working at Carvana include catered lunches/ food trucks, Holiday parties, monthly team outings, unlimited overtime, and a great startup culture.
Cons
The only con about working at Carvana is that we often have to work one day on the weekend. It is not major con and if you need time off or a certain day off, the team is very accommodating.
