Very unorganized. Products not well developed. Territories constantly changed. Difficult to implement product after sale. Many bottlenecks. Unrealistic expectations. Catered to sales people who had been with prior companies that were acquired.

The recruiting team made the process feel personal and smooth from start to finish. They were honest, responsive, and made sure I felt valued at every step. It really set a positive tone before even starting the role.

Cons
