Pros
Upon joining the company, there's a strong emphasis on growth opportunities, work-life balance, and employee well-being. However, in time, it becomes evident that they will not uphold these promises. There's a noticeable challenge in retaining employees, and the work environment is EXTREMELY toxic.
Cons
I regret joining this company a year ago. Starting at the company, you will quickly realize there's a discrepancy between the presented image of the company and the reality. Salaries don't measure up to those of comparable firms, and the annual increments leave much to be desired. Work-life balance is a joke, so if you have a family and want to spend time with your kids, don't work here. The efficacy of the human resources department is extremely questionable and they seem to offer only the bare essentials in terms of employee support. If you are deciding if you should join the company, consider this a warning that you will likely regret it. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their employees, don't waste your time here.
