      Pay is high for a glorified supervisor job

      Cons

      IXD and ARs are horrible your leadership literally makes or breaks whether this is a 45 hr a week job or a 60hr/wk. the company is really good but the Amazon contract is a nightmare depending on type of business unit.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
