      Cons

      The Senior management is typically never in the same state and there is minimal support during onboarding or in general everyday tasks. The salaries are also on the low end and the raises are a standard 3% regardless of work done.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
