Pros
The communication and relationships between members on other teams made working at this company easier. Team members did try to help explain new reports and new software when they had time. The benefits were pretty good. The Corporate Compliance director was a stand up member of management.
Cons
Metrics ruled everything. There was no allowance for unusual requests or errors made by the field team that take more time than "planned". Too many mandatory meetings signifying nothing. Training on new software was useless. Too many managers and supervisors and a lot of them did nothing but push meeting deadlines, but couldn't meet their own. The Human Resources Manager revealed confidential information to people in management. Salaries are below the average for comparable jobs in the area.
